Hello Summer!!!

Spring was pretty erratic - for the skin, that is. It was still super chilly most of the time, with occasional mix of sun and rain. You can't figure out whether to switch out of heavy moisturizer and into light moisturizer. Heavy moisturizer must be used for those cold weather with dry air. Keep that skin moist and hydrated. Now that summer is just around the corner, it is time to switch to light moisturizer. Summer means our skin will produce more oil. When our skin gets oilier, there will be more congestion (pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, etc). That's when facials are extremely important. It preps the skin for the upcoming warm/hot weather and for any of your summer activities. Your favorite esty (me) will be busy cleaning your pores (you've heard me say my instant gratification when I can extract a lot from your pores) and applying your necessary products like serums, moisturizers and sunscreen. For this summer, please do not forget to use sunscreen at a SPF 30 minimum. If you're outdoors all day, you must use SPF 40 minimum and re-apply every 3 -4 hours. And, drink lots of water (Hydrate - hydrate - hydrate).

Summer also means our hairs grow longer and faster. That includes our lashes. Therefore, you need to get that 2-week fill scheduled before you leave. If you can keep your lashes longer than 3 weeks, that's great. That still means you need to fill at 2-weeks and not 3-weeks - why? Because it's a fill, not a full set.

Don't forget to prepare for that trip to the beach or anywhere that has water. You'll need to get hair removed in different places of your body. Your favorite esty (me) now also use Nufree for hair removal. It is neither a wax nor a sugar, but works just like a wax without the pain. But for those who are loyal to and still prefer wax, I still have my wax and my warmer for you. Just let me know what your preference is.

With all these things in mind, you are now ready to enjoy Summer. Don't forget to book your appointments online.

Remember that each and every day is a wonderful blessing. See you all at the spa!!!

Love you all,

Sonia xoxo
